If you want to buy an Audi, trust me you will not be disappointed if you seek Tawana. She took excellent care of me. She found the Audi I was looking for, provided me various options to bring the car to my price range, gave me tutorials on how to work the technology and provided me with excellent customer experience. Rose (the sales manager) made sure to give me an excellent deal that I can afford. She was excellent and is another excellent asset to Marietta Audi. These women know how to make sure a customer does not leave without a car and only leaves with a huge smile on their face while walking to their new car. Tony deals with the finance part and contract, and he was wonderful! He explained everything in basic terminology and was very patient and accommodating. Tawana, Rose and Tony are EXCELLENT and due to them I purchased my vehicle with Marietta Audi instead of the other locations. All the staff at this location are very friendly and nice. It feels like an Audi Family in there. More

She also took the time to try to exact car I was looking for. Both her and Tony did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the car and even stayed late to help us wrap up with the whole process. Low and behold not only did I find a better car I found great service. I reached out to the finance company as I wanted to make sure that was final before I took the drive. As I was speaking with Tony I realized that he had financed my very 1st vehicle over 12 years ago and I remembered how comfortable that deal was. I later spoke with Tawana who was absolutely amazing. Once I test drove the car I was absolutely in love and both Tawana and Tony made my car buying experience easy. I appreciate everything they did for me. More

I purchased my Audi A4 last year from this dealership and had a great experience dealing with the Jim Ellis sales and service staff. From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the ti had a great experience dealing with the Jim Ellis sales and service staff. From the General Sales Manager Kevin down to the Sales Associate at the time Rose, the group at the Jim Ellis Audi store really went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied customers. They have always been available if we had any questions or concerns with our vehicle and did a great job of making a deal work. I have since been taking my vehicle in for service at this dealership and have also had a great experience in the service department working with Matt Price. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is available on time. Something nice that he does is use text messages to provide updates on my vehicle so that I am aware of the service status. Matt comes across as a very cool and honest guy and I have not ever felt like he is over selling me on a service that I didn't need or that was not necessary on my vehicle which based on past experiences seems to be rare in this industry. I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at this dealership. It speaks well for the dealership as a whole and I will be continuing the service of my vehicle with Jim Ellis Marietta. They will also be my 1st stop when it's time to find my next vehicle. More

Overall the experience at Jim Ellis was outstanding. They were very friendly and helpful explaining everything I needed answered. I drove from Birmingham, AL to Atlanta, GA. Eventhough we have a local dealership, the staff, service and price was unbeatable. It was truly a great experience from the internet sales manager to sales to finance. I purchased a 2013 Audi A6. When we arrived to Atlanta the car had been detailed and had a full tank of gas ready for us to take delivery. Everything was everything that we asked for and more. More
