No words can truly describe Bentley Jacksonville. Tony is a top-notch service advisor—always there to answer any questions and offer help. The technicians and service manager are also excellent. Highly recommended and a trustworthy place to take your prized vehicle. All my cars are serviced by them. They work on all high-end cars, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martins, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, and Land Rover, which is a big plus! More

Unethical. I bought a used Bentley which had new batteries installed prior to sale as part of 10 year service. Battery installed incorrectly (lead not attached I bought a used Bentley which had new batteries installed prior to sale as part of 10 year service. Battery installed incorrectly (lead not attached securely). Ten days after pickup the battery and wiring burned. Cabin filled with smoke. Terrible experience. Dealer assumes no responsibility. More

Said all the right things at first but hasn't come through with some promises. Tony in service was great when we returned after 4 days with engine lights coming on. Still no follow up from Sales on wh through with some promises. Tony in service was great when we returned after 4 days with engine lights coming on. Still no follow up from Sales on where the missing floor mat is, the cargo carrier. Car was supposed to be delivered detailed with a full tank of gas, it was washed with a 1/2 tank. Joseph in Finance was great, very helpful and got everything done about as quickly as you can with cars. More
