Born and raised in Kentucky. Attended Holy Cross High school in Latonia and then Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Started with Jake Sweeney Automotive in 1994 at the Saturn of Florence store as a lot technician. Then was promoted to technician. After 3 years of being a technician, decided to become a Service Advisor. After many years of Advisor experience was offered Service Manager Position at Saturn of Florence and Jake Sweeney Kia in April of 2007. In 2017, was promoted to Parts and Service Manager for both Jake Sweeney Kia and Jake Sweeney Alfa Romeo and Fiat. I'm married and have four children, two dogs and a cat. Jake Sweeney Automotive has been a huge part of my life and I am honored to work for such a great company and family.

Every time I go there for service they never check and fill air for tires. I specifically told the service guy to fill tires to specs and they didn’t again! Same low uneven tire pressures as when I pulled fill air for tires. I specifically told the service guy to fill tires to specs and they didn’t again! Josh, Tony and the entire service department at Jake Sweeney Kia are outstanding! I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage XLine in April 2022. The vehicle had a shimmy. The service team worked diligently to fig Sweeney Kia are outstanding! I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage XLine in April 2022. The vehicle had a shimmy. The service team worked diligently to figure out the issue. They contacted Kia Tech to work through ideas on what could be causing the shimmy. It took a few different ideas to finally come up with the solution but Josh and Tony remained understanding and helpful throughout the entire experience. The service team were all friendly and professional. It was an annoying situation that was made bearable by these great individuals. This time I wanted to look into purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and met Noah Darpel this young man made it fun and easy for me to find just what I wanted and at the price I wanted. I stayed on budget and have a great car! Thanks to all the great people at Jake Sweeney of Florence. Five Stars for Noah Darpel! Review No buying experience is perfect. However I must say mine was pretty close. I am a customer service account coordinator for major grocery chains. Cust No buying experience is perfect. However I must say mine was pretty close. I am a customer service account coordinator for major grocery chains. Customer service is my business. I know what I expect. My standards are based on the type of support that I give my own customers. They are high. My experience with this dealership & the customer service sealed the deal for me. I received a welcome fairly soon after I entered the Sweeney Kia dealership. It wasn't too soon or too late. I spent almost three hrs with the sales person Don Houser and other members of the staff on a Sunday and came back the next day with my mind made up that I wanted to make my purchase with this dealership even before I had decided on a vehicle. Update 4 weeks later: I received a great deal with a remote start and all weather floor mats "after market" as part of the deal on to my 2018 Kia Sorento 7 passenger. The remote start was put in the same week and so far works perfectly! I received the front and 2nd seat floor mats just a couple weeks later. So excited! However, I am still waiting on a decision about the 3rd row seating floor mat/s which I understood was part of the deal. I did question it during, but did not make a fuss about details being "written out" on the addendum/coda. My sales person is still working on it. Just make sure you get any add on incentives "detailed and spelled out" on the addendum in "your wording". This way you will know exactly what to expect. A tip from the sales person side of me. Make sure that that a copy of the coda is in your hand separate from the other paperwork before you sign no matter what dealership you purchase with. It was not an issue at this dealership, just a friendly tip. I have found a factory 3rd row elsewhere for a little less if it doesn't happen here. So to wrap it up. Regardless of the outcome of the 3rd row mat, I am still extremely happy with my purchase so far. More

Staple in tire Bought the car the week before Christmas. From the first day one of the tires was losing pressure. Was told it was probably weather and to wait. Took it out and found a staple in tire and it could not be repaired. Had to purchase 3 new tires because of difference in tread wear. Replaced the defective tire free of charge. Was an expense I didn’t expect after just buying the car to purchase 3 new tires. Angela Feldkamp was a perfect example of good customer service. They did give some free oil changes and tire rotations. More
