There may have been a management change or process change, because this was the worst trip yet. Was the service performed correctly? Yes. Was the service timely? No. Not only was I not given an ETA on completion but the entire place was cleared out and I was sitting alone for about an hour. I understand other customers needed service, but it is very unprofessional if I have an appointment, make it, and if my vehicle will not be serviced until much later then tell me. I was under the impression from the get-go that it would be an hour, like normal. Two and a half hours later it is done. I don't mind if it takes time but give me updates. Service has started to go down the drain here. More
