Purchasing 2014 Subaru Forester was pleasurable. I appreciate Larry New's attention to me the customer on more than one occasion. Sales is very good; service professionalism & Service personnel are great. There were follow thru issues negotiated with the sale of the car. One has been completed (to my satisfaction) and two others are pending as of this writing. Email reminders are sent out when service is scheduled; very helpful. I am treated well at the dealership and my car is washed after service. Loaner cars are offered if service visit is deemed lengthy. If I decided to wait on site there are customer refreshments offered in a comfortable environment. I particularly appreciate Gary's assistance in service for answering all my questions and seeing to my needs. Mike Z. More
