I did buy a car and the process, quicker than most, was a good experience. Everyone I spoke with, Marc in Finance, was very smooth and quick. The car has a lot of electronics and is very technical, but I had Tony to help me through every step. I actually called Tony several times asking him questions and he was always very professional, willing to help, and truly concerned about my issues. I also had to work with service and that was again a very smooth process, Patrick was very helpful and took care of everything. Every issue, question, or concern was fully addressed by this dealership. I have shopped at many dealerships over the years, and this is by far the best one I have ever dealt with. They have a huge inventory, and the people are top notch. They have earned by business; I will definitely shop here again!!! More
