Tony was helpful, but the service department Took a long time to get my IMS bearing installed after giving them the go ahead. I checked to see if my car was finished after a week and they had not yet ordere time to get my IMS bearing installed after giving them the go ahead. I checked to see if my car was finished after a week and they had not yet ordered the bearing? The day I brought my car home my check engine light came on which concerned me. I called to see when I could bring it back in and get a loaner and I was told it would be one month did not want to run the car that long without having that checked, it seems to me me they would’ve wanted to check the car ASAP. I know they told me I could come and wait, but it would be at least half a day. More
