Hard to reach service department regarding the status of my vehicle. I wasn't happy with the inside of my car. Crumbs in the seat and under the front seats when I moved them up. It doesn't smell or look lik my vehicle. I wasn't happy with the inside of my car. Crumbs in the seat and under the front seats when I moved them up. It doesn't smell or look like the leather was treated. So I'd like to know what all did the $350 cover? Wasn’t told until the day of that my car would be returned. When calling the phones just ring and ring after 5pm and I was left to just hang up—no voicemail for the main line. After complaining on no one has reached out to me after dropping $4300 on 6/14/22. I have lost respect for this location and feel as if I was just another dollar not an owner of a Porsche. I may as well own a Ford. More

Dealership was not helpful after my Cayenne was carjacked at gunpoint in September 2021. Refused to initiate vehicle tracking for approx two weeks. Now, just learned that all the tools needed for spare tire, at gunpoint in September 2021. Refused to initiate vehicle tracking for approx two weeks. Now, just learned that all the tools needed for spare tire, which was stolen, were not replaced. I have a flat tire and roadside assistance couldn’t place spare bc spare is flat and air pump was stolen by carjackers. Dealership did not replace air pump not tool needed to remove spare from cargo area location. More
