Brought in my G35 coupe for service. Mike was great about giving me advice about what should be done vs what could wait. I dealt with Tony when I forgot to submit my rewards card for a discount on the service. He was nice enough to credit my account and refund the discount I was supposed to get, even though I know it caused some accounting headaches. Out of all the dealerships I have been to (6 of them in many different cities over the years) Inifiniti of Clarendon Hills is my favorite! More

This was our second service visit to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and the experience was the same; excellent. They got us in immediately for proactive service, gave us the keys to a new loaner, got Clarendon Hills and the experience was the same; excellent.
