Over the course of the average lifetime, a person will purchase 10 or so vehicles. When you consider all that goes into the choices online - you need to be flawless, transparent from the jump and essenti purchase 10 or so vehicles. When you consider all that goes into the choices online - you need to be flawless, transparent from the jump and essentially give the farm away too in order to get this girl, a Wisconsinite with a BMW trade who just happened to call in and connect with your team member, Alex, and someone get her to drive all the way to Kalamazoo, Michigan from Janesville, Wisconsin when there were plenty of other BMWs just like the one I was looking at. But Alex was different. I trusted him. I’ve been in sales for 25 years; I’ve led teams of 220 plus sales people and taught large groups in banking on how to be more effective in the customer conversation. The long and short of it is this - I can smell authenticity from a mile away and know whether or not I’m being scripted or being cared for. Alex handled my delicate situation with ease, which for me, says a lot. I don’t trust just anyone handling my financial information nor do I want to discuss it with just anyone. I didn’t make it easy on him either, I challenged each and every aspect - because I know car buying and I know finance - or let’s vet it this way - I’m the consumer who thinks they do and is going to be difficult because I think I know more than you do! (Never said I wasn’t aware! But I am financially astute given my background - which makes me kind of a nightmare client) I want to give a couple other of Alex’s team members a thank you because he literally rolled out the red carpet for me and made my experience a 10 out of 10, and highly recommend. I cannot remember her name now as it was right after my 4 hour drive there but the woman who detailed my car and her story - I remember her story like and her kindness, she was so sweet. Thank you for taking great care of me! Aaron I believe his name was in the servicing area - he went above and beyond to help me get all that I needed to be to the car and it for it to look “done up” for the ride ahead and then Zach - thank you for taking the time to get the car all set up with me - it’s perfect! Alex, you better not go anywhere because I’ll be back in about 37 1/2 months. I fully expect a promotion before then 🙌🏼 BMW….these are the salespeople that other companies will pluck off if you’re not careful and actively keep engaged. If I lived in Michigan, I would attempt to recruit each and every one of them. Well done and thank you! More
