The only reason it wasn’t 1 star was because they were able to service my car the same day I inquired about having it done. We had received a coupon in the mail to try the service dept in Hopkinsville so able to service my car the same day I inquired about having it done. We had received a coupon in the mail to try the service dept in Hopkinsville so we took the opportunity. Since I didn’t need a tire rotation, my wife didn’t use the coupon. The oil change alone cost more than the coupon for an oil change AND rotation. I called to see if that was correct after my wife came home with the bill and the lady I spoke to on the phone was smug with me and said well you should’ve used the coupon. I told her I didn’t need a rotation and thought just the oil change alone would be roughly the coupon price since I didn’t need that other service and she basically said well that’s too bad. More
