Bought a 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 from them. It’s been broke down more than it’s been running. They’ve fixed it twice. Still not fixed. “Oh we’ll call you back”. Nothing. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst place to go for service and the service department has horrible customer service skills. What should have been a 6-8 hour job has been a 3 mont Worst place to go for service and the service department has horrible customer service skills. What should have been a 6-8 hour job has been a 3 month long project with absolutely no updates from the service advisor. Truck will be now going to Dick Poe Dodge or Sunland Park Dodge. It's worth the drive to not have to deal with Viva Dodge or their employees anymore More

This dealership service department is the WORST! ! They never call to update on service being provided, and you are left calling them. Often having to leave messages thatare not returned. My vehicle was in four times in for weeks unable to fix the issue. The fourth time, after having my vehicle for a week, I had to go in to find out what was going on with my car. I was told it needed critical parts that would not be available for four more weeks. When asked about a loaner car they said they no longer provided that service. Asking about expediting the parts, they said their " hands were tied" and they " have done all they could do". I was told if I could find another dealership that had the parts I could take my car to them, but recomended I not drive the car. They provided me a customer service hot line I could call to try and have the parts expeditied. So after almost three weeks of my vehicle sitting in their lot I learned parts were delivered. They never called to let me know. I then called them and was told they are working on it and would call me back with an eta on when the work would be done and Icould get my car back. Never got a call back so had to call them again the next day to get information on when I could get my car. The saga continues ... i would strongly recommend not doong any business with the Viva Dodge Auto group either in Las Cruces or El Paso. Had the same poor experience at the El Paso location! If I could rate them with zero stars I would. More

Disappointing I brought my Fiat here for a check before a road trip. I was told the cost would be $135 to take a look at the car. When I arrived I asked Nicole if I I brought my Fiat here for a check before a road trip. I was told the cost would be $135 to take a look at the car. When I arrived I asked Nicole if I could talk with the technician to tell him my concerns. She said she would try but couldn't guarantee it, since the tech could get started and she wouldn't know it, and that's her job - to tell the tech what to do. I drove 2.5 hours to get my car serviced here, and I thought that was a reasonable request. I have always talked briefly with the tech at other Fiat service centers. Her answer should have been "sure." I did eventually talk with the tech who was polite. It took nearly three hours for the checkup and Mark was gone for quite a while on the test drive. Tony, the manager eventually approached me and asked if I had questions. I did. I was looking for information on new tires. The cost would be over $700, and tires would need to be ordered. Windshield wipers would be over $40 a piece and also needed to be ordered. OK. So I knew I would have to make another 5 hour round trip. I was willing. Then I got my bill for the checkup which was over $160. I was charge additionally for "Disposing of Hazardous Waste" and a "digital filing fee" (don't know what that is) in addition to the $135. When I questioned the hazardous waste, I was told by Nicole that that is a charge for a checkup (and it was an additional fee, and not optional regardless of the service provided) to get rid of hazardous waste, even though no waste or any fluids were removed from my car. Nicole is chipper and says everything with a smile, but she is not polite or service oriented. She didn't care what I thought. She had no answer to my question about charging for services that were not performed and she was argumentative right from the beginning about any question I had. When I talked to Tony he said it was too late to do anything about the fee, since I was already charged for it, but he would make it right when I returned for tires. I won't be returning, based on this experience. They lost an $800 sale on tires and wipers. I have been to two other Fiat dealer service centers in other states and was a happy return customer who was provided with honest, respectful service. This service center was not up to par. More
