I contacted Fletcher very warm when entering was very busy but made sure I was okay to wait and I sat at the area for customers. I them went outside where my experience was great. Excellent service at Fletcher Jones. Mx was very timely, as I had a few minor squawks over the first year. Nothing out of the ordinary for a brand new fully electronic vehicle. Joanna was very friendly and helpful noting all the issues I had. It took one day to take of and they fixed everything perfectly. It now runs like the jets I fly. The loaner car was actually an upgrade from my current vehicle which was nice, no charge. They function as a luxury automaker should! A++++ for service and Tommy in sales was fantastic as I test drove a new AMG which is going to be my upgrade after this vehicle. Good job Mercedes! More
