Chad Marshall is the meaning of great customer service Chad Marshall was and has been amazing to work with. After purchasing my vehicle that I love so much, there were a couple hiccups I found on the car a Chad Marshall was and has been amazing to work with. After purchasing my vehicle that I love so much, there were a couple hiccups I found on the car after purchasing (it was raining when I bought it) and he handled the issue with no questions. I strongly recommend asking for Chad if you see a car at Lupient Lia that interests you. He worked with me as well when I purchased the car and and just overall made the expierience great. He remembered I wanted black rims and even emailed me a link for them. Tommy was also good to work with, he smiled and was accommodating. When I found my car online, I went to take a look (dealership es was closed) but tommy and Chad let me see and even test drive the car and I came back the next day to purchase it. I also want to mention Todd the body Manager he was very nice when I met him as well. Thank you very much! Tina More
