The salesman, Mr. Tommie Simeon has gone above and beyond to assist. He has been great. Alvis Young, service dept, has struggled to provide good service. My concerns have been treated as low priority and unimportant. Problems Day 1 of driving the SRX, 30,000 miles off the lot. Car returned Day 1 and 3 subsequent times the first month but was told all was well each time. Several days to respond with status each time. Car repairs needed several times since purchase. Currently in shop and told I need to look for a discontinued part and return for shop to service. Paid $4100 for this same problem less than a month ago. The same warnings on the dash. Ugh!

Mr. Hainline, I am exhausted from trying to find some resolution to this problem. I have left two messages with the receptionist for you but no return. call. However, Mr. Alvis Young has contacted me to state Tom Peacock will order the part to fix my car, but the cost will be $1400. Initially he stated I had to look for it. I did not agree, May 2024, I took my car in for service. I told them that several of the warning lights were on the dashboard to include the stabilitrack light. The car was delivered to me on 6//1/24. I was told it was the fuel pump that was cauing all the problems I had listed. In addition I needed an air condition compressor. I was told that would solve all of my problems.
On June 28, I had some of the same problems. I was driving the car and several lights came on and the stabilitrack warning. This was the same problem but Mr. Alvis said it was not. He told me I needed a brake system control module. I need to find the part and bring it back to Tom Peacock to fix and it would cost me an estimated 700.
Mr. Ron Samples calls and states it is not a Tom Peacock issue but after a long conversation, he agrees to pay half. But after several conversation with him and Alvis independently, he states he is going to bring my car back. He refused to service. Why? Because I asked him to put the agreement in writing because Alvis sent a car repair agreement that did not list my concerns. He told me he was picking up his car and I could take my car to another dealer. I do not understand his frustration with me wanting all my concerns documented again.
I need to speak to someone who is going to be fair. I was agreeing to pay 700 for something that should have already been fixed. Mr. Samples states he is so frustrated with me because I want the paper tracking.
Today, while I'm on the phone with my salesman, Mr. Alvis calls and states he is sorry, but he misspoke. The repair will not fix the stabilitrack problem. He knows the technician recorded that the fuel pump would, but it didn’t.
At this point, Mr. Young is checking with the technician to see what the problem is. In the meantime, Mr. Samples is sending someone to pick up the loaner and drop my car off because he believes I am going around and around with him. Yes, because I need clear documentation that the car is fixed to avoid returning it a 3rd time and paying more money.

My salesman, Tommy Simon, was the best at helping me make the best decision for me and my lifestyle. Never once did he pressure me. He just presented me with all the facts so I could make an informed decision. He was very patient and answered all my questions and being the thorough detailed woman that I am, I had a lot of questions. At one point he even provided one of the managers for me talk to help me make the best decision. This is the fourth car my husband and I have bought from Tommy and we keep coming back to Tom Peacock because of Tommy He is honest, trust worthy, patient and an overall nice guy. I recently purchased a car from Tom Peacock. Beautiful dealership with great employees. Tommy Simon is without a doubt the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. He really listened and took care of everything including programming my car perfectly before I took delivery. In addition, I was shown the service department so i will know where to go when I need an oil change. I live 25 miles away from the dealership but I will make the drive because these folks are awesome. These folks do not play games with their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
