BUYER BEWARE! ! I recently bought a car from Tommy. The car had just got to the lot and I went to look at the car the next day. Tommy told me I couldn't take it ! I recently bought a car from Tommy. The car had just got to the lot and I went to look at the car the next day. Tommy told me I couldn't take it home same day to due to it needing inspection and detailed. There were a couple lights on the dash and Tommy said that they had the parts for it and would get it fixed before it's brought to me. The car came to me not fixed, not detailed. Tommy made 3 to 4 appointments for me to bring my car back in to get fixed, he canceled all of them. The owner, John got involved. There was a three-way call that went on between him, Tommy and myself. John spoke down to his sales guy and degraded him. He yelled at him for doing me wrong. He told me that he was going to suspend Tommy for his actions, but that never happened. Tommy spoke bad about the service department and the service manager even lied to the owner. That whole place is messed up!! After reading reviews on this business, it is as if I had written all of those in the past. It sounds like John told other people that he was going to fire Tommy and never did. Come to find out my car never had a safety inspection, never was looked at Tommy just sold the car to me as is. Huge liability eh? John was screaming at me on the phone disrespecting me, talking down to me and pretty much told me that he wish that he sold the car to somebody else because he would've made more money. He turned this whole problem on me and made me out to be the bad guy. He then apologized stating that he's had a lot of fraud lately and he's taking it out on me. Sounds like a him problem. He said the car was detailed for 7 hours but still came to me not clean, sticky stuff on the seat, cookie on the floor and a half tore off sticker on the outside window. I am a business woman, and I would never treat a customer ever this way. After a lot of fighting, they did end up fixing my car with what needed to be done, or so they say. The owner made sure to throw in my face how much money he's losing and how much money he had to spend to fix it. You would think the owner, John would contact me once I received my vehicle for a follow up. He did not!!, I do not recommend this place. Just read the reviews. They are all the same, If I would've known beforehand, I would've never bought from them and I will never go back. More

Avoid this business at all costs. Lies and more lies from them since the day I bought my truck. From the salesman Tommy to the general manager John, I’ve been given nothing but double Lies and more lies from them since the day I bought my truck. From the salesman Tommy to the general manager John, I’ve been given nothing but double talk and empty promises to help. They delivered my truck dented and won’t take any responsibility, instead blaming the transportation company they hired, who blames them. The Canadian warranty was promised to be transferred to US, but now that I need warranty work, I learn that it isn’t. The GM said the salesman was fired for dropping the ball and making false statements to me, but he just answered the phone there. Lies and deception. Avoid them!! More

This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had there’s still rust damage to the car and the bolt to the bottom of the oil pan was so overly tight that it will need to be replaced. I have requested there’s still rust damage to the car and the bolt to the bottom of the oil pan was so overly tight that it will need to be replaced. I have requested a copy of the purchase agreement to be sent to me and have yet to receive it. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with I will be paying 22,000 dollars in total for this car and I will have to make several costly repairs to the car so soon after purchase. I would recommend to everyone that you find a dealership that will not take advantage of you the way motorcars did to me do not do any business with this company they will only take advantage of you and ignore you when you ask them to fix the problems. More
