After several attempts to fix our vehicle, Campbells refuses to acknowledge their lack of service and inability to correct the stated problems. One issue being that they replaced a working radio with a refuses to acknowledge their lack of service and inability to correct the stated problems. One issue being that they replaced a working radio with a new one that continuously froze and turned off and stated they were aware of the problem and to bring it back if it continued. Of course it continued and worsened. They left several pieces of the dash and glove box out of place and damaged the interior. They said they couldn't do anything about the radio because they couldn't replicate the problem (after telling us there was a problem at pick up). Apparently they thought it would go away - or just that we would go away). We had to bring it to the shop when it was malfunctioning to get them to agree there was a problem however, still no agreement to fix it. They "fixed" the blower this past summer after weeks of driving with no air. The air never did work correctly after the "repair" and shortly thereafter stopped working altogether. They put in a dented part because that's the way it was shipped answer said it would be okay. These are just some of the many issues we have encountered. They are rude and untrustworthy. More

I brought my 2021 ram 2500 that I purchased from them to their service department to have the A/C checked. After being told they would check it that day I came back at the end of the day and the truck had n their service department to have the A/C checked. After being told they would check it that day I came back at the end of the day and the truck had not moved. I asked if I needed to schedule a time. Due to me needing the truck for work. The service manager said I don’t know. I asked him who would know if not him. At that point he told me we were done and I needed to take my truck else where. I found this very rude of him. So much so that I bought my next truck from another dealership. After the experience I started asking others about the service department and learned this is a very common response from him. Hope this helps others stay away from their service department. More

I have bought to vehicles from Marshall and they treat me so good, they even bring them to me 21/2 hours away .
