It feels like we are with family at Volvo Cars Lisle. We have been customers in Lisle since 1990, and we've had Volvos since 1974. Everyone at the Lisle location treat us so well. Sales rep was good up to a point. After the deal was accepted, things were somewhat disjointed. I was summoned by the financial guy who started asking a lot of questions. He was very surprised I was never shown the actual bill of sale which I was also surprised about. The financial rushed through things until a second financial person (Sal) and things went smoothly. The sale rep help set up some of the things in the car (XC40 recharge) but didn't explain many of the features other than settings things up. I have never owned an electric car so many many things I didn't understand. I really wish there was some sort of personal tutorial for myself and my spouse. More

Wonderful experience purchasing a used Honda CR-V at Volvo Lisle! Lolita Cook was amazingly helpful and accommodating throughout the full process of purchasing my first car. I was looking for a car a Volvo Lisle! Lolita Cook was amazingly helpful and accommodating throughout the full process of purchasing my first car. I was looking for a car as I am relocating later this month for work. I really appreciated that Lolita and the finance department helped me understand my best options for registering my car and getting set up in a new state. Great service for most of the time there! Only set back was waiting a long time 30-40 min to complete the finance transaction. The sales person was prompt and accommodating tho. Amazing team at Volvo Cars Lisle, very professional and very straight forward no beating around the bush. They treat you like friends and family and especially Chris.
