Really just a nice professional bunch of people from sales staff to finance. Was a very nice experience dealing with Norm Reeves and will probably be back when my wife is ready for a new car. I had an appointment for my A1 service . Once I arrived , I had to wait for over ten minutes in my car to have someone ask me what I am there for . Once I was addressed , they continued to m Once I arrived , I had to wait for over ten minutes in my car to have someone ask me what I am there for . Once I was addressed , they continued to make me wait . Poor communication. . I waited in the waiting room and I was never informed or updated in person how my service was going . The worst experience!!! More
