As I waited for my salesman to work magic, I glanced around and saw a very diverse clientele. Young, older, upper echelon, average Joe’s, and a rainbow of ethnicity. After my purchase, I began to notice all the Clay Cooley license plate frames in my area. Bishop Arts, Uptown, Trinity Grove, and downtown Dallas loves Clay Cooley. If you were on the fence, hop over. You’ll be smiling from ear to ear! More

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Clay Cooley. The communication has been less than stellar. We paid to have the windows tinted on our car, yet when we finally picked up our new to us car, Cooley. The communication has been less than stellar. We paid to have the windows tinted on our car, yet when we finally picked up our new to us car, the back window wasn't tinted at all. We were told to come back any day top his issue fixed. My son came back twice and both times was told there wasn't a technician to help him. (keep in mind he was told a time and day to come) Finally, he came back on a day that someone could fix the tint and waited 5 HOURS. We were told it would take 30 minutes tops. My 17 year old son is too green and inexperienced to know to complain, so I stepped in and kept asking why it was taking so long. Each time I was told it would be another 10 minutes. Five hours of being told over and over again that it was almost done. This is terrible customer service and terrible communication. After I said I was going to submit a formal complaint, someone finally called me back and offered to refund us for the tint job. Do better Clay Cooley. More
