I felt totally forgotten about and ignored during this last visit by service department. Contact wasn’t there. Info lacked also feel that 59 dollar discount on a lost day is insufficient which showed the last visit by service department. Contact wasn’t there. Will NOT honor warranty on New Noisy brake pads for Caddy ESV from GMC not acceptable to customer. Customer provided videos of proof of how noisy brakes are and was told there was nothing they could do abo ESV from GMC not acceptable to customer. Customer provided videos of proof of how noisy brakes are and was told there was nothing they could do about VERY LOUD, Sqreech the brake pads make. Customer has complained every since the pads were first put on the truck. Who!!!!??? wants to drive around with nice, expensive vehicle or an inexpensive vehicle with loud brakes. The vehicle didn't sound like that before being brought in for service on the brakes. Customer has been coming to Rizza Cadillac for years, with previous Cadillac truck. I will take this complaint as far as necessary. I even asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else where brake pads that DO NOT make noise can be installed and was blatantly told, NO, by Tom, what do you expect us to do...it is what it is. I pay very good money for service and I expect good results or solutions. Not Happy At All!!! More
