Found used truck I liked at good price. Paperwork and financing were pretty poor communication. I asked numerous times what interest rates were. Didn’t back to me for couple hours after my Paperwork and financing were pretty poor communication. I asked numerous times what interest rates were. Didn’t back to me for couple hours after my credit union was closed. Everything had to wait another day. It took 2 workers and 5 emails to send purchase agreement to credit union. Standard piece of paper. They included a full detail with truck since I bought before it got detailed and listed. Went back week later. Beautiful job on outside and didn’t touch the inside at all. Don’t list it as a full detail and not do the job. Up for debate if I would go back. Probably use a different dealer for service. More
