Mostly all layed back environment for a dealership. There was one rude and extremely pushy worker however the salesman was phenomenal. Everyone was very nice - especially Victor and Tom. I really appreciate how down to earth and relatable they are and your finance guy was very nice, likeable. My suggestions would be to improve the logging in/assigning of a stock # of vehicles for sale because it caused a good bit of difficulties - paperwork, loan ect..all took longer because of the attempts to correct it but later I noticed that it was still wrong so we had to make a special trip back for the loan and all paperwork to be redone. And to be a bit more familiar with your used vehicles - we were told ours had a tow package, which was the crucial thing we needed, when indeed it did not, it was just an after market hitch without the wiring harness so that required another trip to the dealership to show issue and discuss it - Victor and Tom were great about it and arranged for a wiring harness to be installed but again that is an extra trip/time on our part. More
