Tom Redd (our awesome sales guy!) took it upon himself to review and rectify the issue I previously wrote about. Thomas Redd delivered 100%. We said what we were looking for and the time frame we had and he immediately went to work making it happen. Thomas Redd was a phenomenal customer service rep!!! He understood that I knew what I wanted and I did not want to hang around. He got all the required stuff done so that I can get in and out of the dealer understood that I knew what I wanted and I did not want to hang around.
