Tom was just wonderful throughout the whole car purchasing process, from talking about the purchase to executing it. Extremely professional, tactful and considerate - I could only wish there were m purchasing process, from talking about the purchase to executing it. Checked out a few different dealerships and Tom gave us the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few oth the best service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Including a few regarding the "paddle shifters" which I asked a few other sales people while doing my research, he was the only one who clearly explained their function and how it helps recharge the battery and act as downshifting. Very happy with the experience. More
