While the overall experience was good, the prep on the new vehicle was below average at best. I spent 1.5 hours cleaning bug residue off the vehicle that was not done during the vehicle prep. Wheels rims new vehicle was below average at best. I spent 1.5 hours cleaning bug residue off the vehicle that was not done during the vehicle prep. Wheels rims were not fully cleaned and were over sprayed with tire shine which took additional time to clean up. When I folded down the rear seats if found plastic sheeting that was not remove during prep. Under hood area was dirty and water spotted which took additional time to clean. Preparation on a vehicle makes an impression on the customer that reflects on the whole dealership. Additional attention needs to this area of operations. More
