I've known Lou for ten years when I purchased my first new Ford and have since bought five more. The country would be a better place if all dealerships were modeled after Otis. Whether selling or servicing the staff is friendly, straightforward, honest, and the only sign of pressure is the air in your tires ! It helps that they are selling Fords which since 2008 (when the company did not take federal aid) have separated themselves from the competition. High quality, reasonably priced vehicles that hold up well are what you expect and get from Ford and Otis Ford in particular. Thanks Lou, you're the best. More

I had brought my previous vehicle for repairs at Otis Ford and was very satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the work performed. Naturally, when I turned that vehicle in at the end o Ford and was very satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the work performed. Naturally, when I turned that vehicle in at the end of the lease term this was where I started, and ended my search. If you want one word to describe the "Otis Ford Experience", it is personal. They spent weeks with me via phone, email and personal visits to determine the exact car that I wanted and made it happen. The Otis Ford team went out of there way, sometimes at very off peak hours to ensure that my vehicle of choice made it from the dealership of origin to their lot, and even called me as per my request to let me know the status! When I had a last minute meeting and could not pick up the car as we initially planned, they took the address I was at and brought the car to me because I would have had to wait another week with a borrowed car to come pick it up. Simply put, if you want to find the vehicle that is right for you at a price that fits your budget, head over to Otis and see what I am talking about. My 2013 Taurus Limited is now the envy of many friends and relatives; It gets much more attention than the BMW 335 I turned in! More

Carl went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were happy customers. The showroom and the service center were extremely clean and the staff was courteous and professional. Tom and Lou were extremely courteous and accomodating throughout or entire car purchase. They provided us with a loner car, free of charge, until our new car came in, and they made sure everything was pe throughout or entire car purchase. I do not live in the same town as Otis Ford. My mother grew up the road a bit, but her family of 10 kids could never afford a car!! We grew up in Sag harbor NY; about 40 minutes away. My dad bought his first new pick up ever here, back in 1966, and was treated like gold, by the present owner as a new salesman under his father's wing. I saw a car that I had been looking for on their lot, and saw it on the internet. It was a 3 year old used car that would suit my needs for the home inspection business that i have been in for years. I walked inside and spoke to a gentleman named Mark Laydman, who was involved with some other business, but never was curt or rude. He answered the questions I had, and I said I would return with my trade in etc. I came back the next week, and he remembered me right off, had my number etc. I had done sales for many years, but never felt hustled or pressured. No slick routine. He came off as a real "guy", and a good father just trying to take care of his family like me. I must say he treated me as if I was buying the best Lincoln on the lot. He let me take the car home to East Hampton so my wife could see if she was comfortable in it with her bad back. Luckily she was, because I loved the car!! When i returned it, they said i could pick it up after the weekend. I had mentioned that the wheel wobbled some, and after they had balanced the tires and aligned it, they went back and cut the rotors on the spot. The young mechanic Steve was wonderful. 4 stars all the way. I know several people that have been to this dealer, and they are all very pleased with all facets of this dealership. Maybe that's why so many of the employees have been here for so many years. Keep up the good work Brad Beyer More
