Tom Otis IV is the Marketing Manager at Otis Ford. He is the third generation after his father and current owner Tom Otis III, and grandfather Bob Otis who founded the business in 1946. Tom manages the website, social media, print media, co-runs the new owner SYNC Sessions, and assists with IT administration. Tom grew up in Quogue and graduated from Westhampton Beach High School in 2002. In 2006 Tom graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations and Technology Management. After college Tom lived and worked in New York City before moving to San Diego, CA in the fall of 2009. Tom returned to his hometown of Quogue in May of 2012 and began working at Otis ford. He currently lives with his fiancé Kim and dog California. He enjoys playing sports including softball, soccer, and basketball. Tom loves to watch baseball, especially his favorite team the New York Yankees.

Dear David, I am so sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your experience with Tom Silon. My name is Tom Otis, I am one of our owners, I was the first person who replied to you via email when you first submitted your inquiry to us on our website so I remembered the username you used here. I just went and spoke with Tom Silon to inform him that you were upset, and to try to learn more about where we fell short in helping you. I wish that there was still something I could do to help you with purchasing our Fiesta ST, but from your message I can see you purchased it at another Ford Dealer. When I spoke to Tom he acknowledged that he did you get back to you yesterday. I am sincerely sorry for that. The last day of the month here is a very hectic day. We are in the process of finalizing the entire month's business. I do not feel that is an acceptable excuse for not getting back to you. I just wanted to mention it because I know his lack of response was based on how hectic the day became, and not a result of him not caring, or not wanting to help you. I am very sorry that you were left feeling the way that you do. I reviewed the correspondence with Ford Credit and he had been on the phone with them attempting to get you financed. The response I saw was they were requesting a larger down payment which Tom mentioned he had passed along to you. This is a family business for me, and I care very much about our customers and that everyone feels that they are treated professionally, fairly, and respectfully. I am sincerely sorry that Tom Silon didn't respond to you yesterday, and that we weren't able to assist you better in the purchase of our Fiesta ST. I would be happy to offer some kind of discount on the vehicle if you were still interested. Since that isn't the case I'd be happy to offer you a free 1st service on your new Fiesta. I would very much like the opportunity to speak with you on the phone to offer my formal apology and to learn more about where we went wrong so that I can further instruct Tom Silon and be sure that this situation doesn't happen again. Would that be okay with you? If so please let me know where I can reach you. I'm leaving the office here very shortly, but I would love the opportunity to speak with you at your convenience tomorrow, or a day in the future that would work for you.
