I had to go to the service department 3 times. Waited an hour to have them tell me we have to order the part Next time install was ready, waited again for an hour to have them tell me it would b Waited an hour to have them tell me we have to order the part Next time install was ready, waited again for an hour to have them tell me it would be at least 6 hours to install. Had to leave with the truck again. Finally set up a day, dropped it off 8am, agreed it would be at least 6 hours, I called after 8 to see what was going on, Didn't get the truck back till the following afternoon, i was told they had to get more parts.
