We did not purchase our 2025 Lincoln Nautilus R3 Hybrid from Miller, our local dealer, as we found the exact vehicle we wanted available much quicker online in Flint Michigan. However, Miller's sales & fin from Miller, our local dealer, as we found the exact vehicle we wanted available much quicker online in Flint Michigan. However, Miller's sales & finance staff were very accomodating and understanding when we informed them of our decision to not purchase from them. Miller refunded our deposit without hesitation. They also tried very hard to match ESP quotes we received online, but could not compete with our final ESP quote online from Granger. We are glad that Miller has such a great reputation, since we plan to use Miller for ALL of our servicing needs for the next 10 years. It was just down to Miller not being able to compete with online sales quotes and availability. We would have preferred to purchase our 2025 Nautilus and ESP from Miller, but the difference was several thousand dollars and several months until delivery. Oh well. I had an appointment and took my car for a tire change. After waiting an hour, wondering what was taking so long. I Find out they didn’t have the tire in stock for my car. they had to have someone go somew After waiting an hour, wondering what was taking so long. I Find out they didn’t have the tire in stock for my car. they had to have someone go somewhere and get the tire. They discovered this after my car was up in the lift and the tire was off. No one said a word to me about what was going on. I was ended up being late to pick my son up from school. If someone makes an appointment they should have everything needed to service the vehicle when that appointment comes. The only reason I go there is because that’s where I leased my car. I wouldn’t recommend Miller Ford for anything. I will say the service manager was polite and came to see me without me asking, gave me a voucher for next service. I just think someone should have told me what was going on. An hour for a tire change???? No. More
