Tom Matthews has been our Sales agent for everything we've done at Ganley Westside Imports, including two vehicle leases and a used vehicle purchase of our second leased vehicle when the lease expired. we've done at Ganley Westside Imports, including two vehicle leases and a used vehicle purchase of our second leased vehicle when the lease expired. Tom has never NOT put 100%+ effort into everything he's ever done for us. We know this has been with the assistance of management, including Carlo Matos, on one of our leases, but our most direct interactions have been with Tom. Igor Zaiats not only made our purchase contract and financing signing as pain free as possible but, when our original financing fell through, Igor made a number of phone calls and secured us a better auto loan with significantly lower interest that ultimately saves us a few thousand dollars on the total cost of our purchase. So from our perspective, there isn't a division within Ganley Westside Imports that DOESN'T make every effort to come through for the customer. Yes, it serves their bottom line as well, all dealerships make sure of that, but they dealt with us pretty straight forward. We gave them exactly what we were looking for, and they came through with no struggle or obstacles, we were done in less than two hours, if I remember correctly - and most of that time was spent waiting for Igor to take care of several customers' paperwork ahead of us. We've always appreciated Ganley Westside Imports, and will always go to them first for anything we need in the future. More

We came in looking for a verified used car, but we wound up leasing a brand new car and our payments are less than they would have been if we purchased certified used. Our sales person, Malik, went over opt up leasing a brand new car and our payments are less than they would have been if we purchased certified used. Our sales person, Malik, went over options for both and didn’t pressure us either way. The experience was fast, but not rushed. The finance manager was also great. We were shown all the options and how to pair our phones and set up Subaru StarLink on site before we left. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are in need of a vehicle. More
