First of all their appointments are too late.
Usually over 10 days. Second of all their accuracy to repairs and fixing the problems are really very bad. Third of all they hold cars for long time

When purchasing a new car, you anticipate a seamless experience, but I encountered a few issues. After having the seat cover replaced, my only remaining concern is that the molded plastic cover, which conceals the seat frame when you open the door, wasn't installed correctly. This cover features four guide stakes and two spring clips on top, and I was able to reinstall it correctly myself rather than bringing my truck back in.
As an FSE for a biochemistry robotic company, I understand the importance of ensuring that all covers and hardware are installed properly; loose hardware is simply not an option for us. It's a standard we uphold diligently to avoid any return service visits. My primary concern is ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
