I have been bringing my QX60 in for service for 5 years. Always appreciated the service and value. Last visit service remained good but value had changed. Pricing was far more than I had ever paid, Rea Always appreciated the service and value. Last visit service remained good but value had changed. Pricing was far more than I had ever paid, Reason given was inflation. I declined service and checked pricing at local Big O Tires. For tires and brakes I saved $600 by buying at Big O. More

IMV ended up getting my belt noise issue covered under the factory warranty since it was just outside the time expiration. I am happy with the level of service they provided me on this experience.
