The absolute worst service after the sale dealership that I’ve ever dealt with. Been trying for five months to get information about warranty parts that we’re supposed to have been ordered. Was working with I’ve ever dealt with. Been trying for five months to get information about warranty parts that we’re supposed to have been ordered. Was working with the service manager, Tom Kelly, until he quit returning my calls or answering my emails. Finally had to file a complaint with the Ford Motor Company to have them intervene on my behalf. Even then, the dealership has not reached out to me. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. I’ve now lodged a complaint with the BBB to see if they can assist me. Steer clear of this dealership! More
