My name is Bobby Williams. I called Shawn to purchase a 2025 Cadallic Escalade. It was going to be a very easy sale because I already knew what I wanted. The problem was Tom wo I called Shawn to purchase a 2025 Cadallic Escalade. It was going to be a very easy sale because I already knew what I wanted. The problem was Tom would never return my calls. I left two different voicemails. Shawn placed my build but was waiting on Tom to complete the process which he never did so I had to end up choosing another dealer to complete the build. Which I feel horrible about because Shawn was such a great sales man and I wanted to complete the process with him. More
