We got a great deal on the new vehicle, everyone we worked with were awesome (Gabe, Mike Perez, Nicole, Tom, Charlie and Jose), and we were able to do everything over the phone. It helped that my wife and I had previously test driven our model of choice prior to Covid19. I visited the dealership once (wearing my mask and social distancing) to look at two vehicles we had picked out online. With that we made our choice. Mike delivered the new vehicle along with paperwork to sign, and when that was concluded he drove away with our old vehicle. Jose familiarized us with the new vehicle over the phone as well. Finally, with factory and dealer incentives, and some flexibility, we were able to upgrade to a more desirable model. Thanks everyone! More
