we had a great experience buying our 2021 MB GLA yesterday. there trade in appraisal was lower than I wanted so I brought the appraisal in from the local BMW dealer we were at the day before and the yesterday. there trade in appraisal was lower than I wanted so I brought the appraisal in from the local BMW dealer we were at the day before and they agreed to match their appraisal. we bought a loaner car with almost 6,000 miles on it even thought it was out being used. they were able to exchange it for another loaner and get it back so we could test drive it. we were happy with the white GLA loaner over the 2 gray and one black loaners available for sale. we got a great car at a reasonable price even though we traded in an Audi A3 with only approx. 400 miles on it. This dealer has 2018 Lexus LC500 with 7436 miles asking price was $74999. After almost 2 weeks negotiations, the price went down to $72500. However, I later learned that this same car got rejected from ano price was $74999. After almost 2 weeks negotiations, the price went down to $72500. However, I later learned that this same car got rejected from another recent buyer which he flew across country to came to realization that it has bumper damage on front and back, and the car has white vinyl wrap which its in bad condition. I still decided to buy at $72500 but the general manager name Tom May later changed his mind and told me that the price went up to $76999. I also deal with Kevin Dorsey who is a customer relation manager. Both of them played games with me and seems like they don’t respect the customers. Never have I experienced this type of business practice at a professional car dealer. Offer and change the price after customer agreed to buy. One thing that is very important and they violated was they sent me a picture that has the previous owner name. These people are dishonest and will try to rob you. Stay away!! More
