Five years ago the wife purchased her 2017 Accord EX-L from Tom Haidet and Manly Honda; great car, beautiful facility, Tom and Manly Honda made buying easy. Manly Honda had a large inventory of new cars for sale, other dealerships must be envious. Tom called and said one Lunar Silver Accord Hybrid Touring was available; we jumped in our car and flew up 101. Due to the "chip" shortage, little negotiating, you better buy it when you see it! What we did get was a fair trade-in. The wife's car was "like new" only had 30,000 miles and it had a rare V6. Tom put the package together, visited the Finance Mgr, Dave Sambad, wrote our checks and my wife is now a happy owner of a new 2022 Accord Hybrid Touring sedan. Alex was my first salesman. He sucks. Period. My second salesman (who helped Alex while he was out) was Robert. Robert is an ok dude. It wasn’t really his deal so some time constraints weren’t met. Abraham salesman (who helped Alex while he was out) was Robert. Robert is an ok dude. It wasn’t really his deal so some time constraints weren’t met. Abraham was great. He’s a rockstar. However, i gave a time constraint in which i needed to take delivery of the car, which was agreed upon. I told him i needed it delivered/ signed on 12/22 BY 12:00. This was not met and i missed a Dr. Appt. The car showed up at just a hint after 12. I tried to call and text Abraham in the hour leading to 12 with no response. They just let it happen. My delivery follow up wasn’t until a day or two later. That should’ve been on delivery day but i was being avoided because the car was late Update: The GM Jeff has corrected everything because he is amazing, making this a great experience overall!! More
