Excellent experience I have leased or owned 8 Hondas over my driving lifetime and the last 3 or 4 were sold/leased to me by Tom Haidet, what a awesome guy he is, very frie I have leased or owned 8 Hondas over my driving lifetime and the last 3 or 4 were sold/leased to me by Tom Haidet, what a awesome guy he is, very friendly, smart, experienced and accommodating, he goes above and beyond to help his clients. Also Kudos to Cory McMurray who was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. I bought my CRV this time so probably won't be back for awhile but my next car WILL be another Honda, Thanks. More

Manly Understands the Concept of Customer Service Shopping for and purchasing a vehicle has become a complex, very time-consuming process compared to my first experience in the 1970s. My recent experi Shopping for and purchasing a vehicle has become a complex, very time-consuming process compared to my first experience in the 1970s. My recent experience at Manly was the smoothest I’ve had in many a year. When I decide to purchase a vehicle, I research all I can before venturing to a dealer. I’m very specific about what I want in a vehicle when I arrive. I had several questions about my specific criteria when I entered Manly. Sales Consultant Tom Haidet met me when I first arrived. He answered several questions and then worked cheerfully to find answers that were beyond his immediate knowledge of the vehicle I’d decided upon before arriving. I had a fairly firm exterior/interior color combination in mind after spending a lot of time on Honda’s website. Unfortunately (for me), the combination was not available on Manly’s lot nor anywhere nearby. Some compromise was obviously necessary so Tom gladly led me on a tour of the lot to find a satisfactory second color combination. Upon making a decision, it was found at another dealership. Two days later I drove away with the new vehicle. More
