The salesman who I spoke with, Phillip Redinger, was very knowledgable of thier inventory and they had just what I wanted. Phillip and the rest of the sales team made the process of purchase go smoothly, then came shipping the car to me in Montana. Once again the sales team was great! Less than a day later I was told the car would be arriving at my door the next day. Sure enough the transport truck arrived and the car was beautiful. I will definately deal with them again. More

She’s always uplifting, always smiling and always goes out of her way to ensure that she understands your car problems. The service line can be 5 people deep, but Jennifer makes sure that every client is taken cared of and never rush the process. I have only owned my Telluride since July 2024 and the service department does not disappoint, thanks for Jenn. And truly the service department is most important relationship when purchasing a car. I have been in the dealership several times since my purchase and the salesman that sold me the car doesn’t recognize me. A+ for the exceptional service department at EMICH. More
