I worked with my sales rep (Tom) for well over a year before purchasing and was never pressured to buy. I had worked with two other Subaru dealers over the year and quickly learned just how unique Morrie’s is. The other (bigger) dealers stopped responding to my calls and emails as I considered all the various trim levels of the WRX, and decided my business wasn’t worth actually taking the time to answer technical questions about the vehicle. It seems like Morrie’s understands the value and importance of providing consistent world class service across all channels of the business. I’ve been building and leading service teams in my career for over two decades, and can confidently say Morrie’s gets it and has hit the mark. They’ve earned my business for this WRX purchase and service work, and future vehicle purchases as well. Morrie’s team is knowledgeable, professional, communicates great, is respectful and shows they appreciate your business. I almost forgot to mention, they had the best price in town! You don’t need to sacrifice one thing for another, Morrie’s gives you the whole package, 10/10 across the board.
