I worked with my sales rep (Tom) for well over a year before purchasing and was never pressured to buy. I had worked with two other Subaru dealers over the year and quickly learned just how unique Morrie’s is. The other (bigger) dealers stopped responding to my calls and emails as I considered all the various trim levels of the WRX, and decided my business wasn’t worth actually taking the time to answer technical questions about the vehicle.
