Tried to purchase this from a closer location as this location is over 2 hours away and I was already working with someone that advised me that they could get cars from any Faulkner location. According to their website, Faulkner had the exact vehicle that I wanted in stock. I clicked the “make an appointment” button and filled out the necessary information. I was very promptly contacted by Patrick, their BDR. We made an appointment and when I arrived, Tom from Sales introduced himself. We took the exact truck that I wanted out for a test drive and I was done. We got back to the showroom and Tom had one of their managers look at my trade. While I was initially disappointed in their trade in number, Tom explained how they arrived at it and I understood. We calculated my payments and while it was slightly above what I anticipated, it was still within my budget. Then Tom offered to get it all done that day so I could take it home with me (I live approximately 1 hour away). The rest is history. I absolutely love my new truck and felt I was treated very professionally and fairly. I would not hesitate for a second to buy another vehicle from them. More
