John and Nikki were amazing at finding the right challenger for my husband. Nick heard me talking about needing a larger SUV. I absolutely hated the idea of the Wagoneer. Then he talked me into the test drive. Freaking amazing! We left with over $135,000 worth of vehicles today BECAUSE OF THIS TEAM. Can't stress it enough, go see Nick, he'll take great care of you. 2 cars, while we had our 2 kids with us and it wasn't the terrible experience you normally see at a dealer. Quick, totally what we wanted even though we didn't know what we wanted. We were only there for 5 hours including test drives, finance, and handling our trade in. Can't recommend them enough! More

They are very pushy and going in there alone as a female was horrific. they lied to me about the price of the vehicle i was looking at, just to get me into the door. My salesman was OK. He was new to the business and tried his best. Tom assuming the sales manager who sits at the Tower was so rude and honestly they all made me feel very uncomfortable. If it wasn't for my phone being out of battery i most likely would of called the police to help me out of there. I had given them the keys to my vehicle to have it appraised and they would not give me my keys back... i needed time to think about the Jeep I was looking at and Tom said the deal would not stand the next day.. a deal is a deal right now not tomorrow.. needless to say when I FINALLY received my keys back I left and purchased a vehicle NOT THERE. I do not recommend this place, and for all the women out there... DON'T GO ALONE. They were so unprofessional pushing the remote alarm on all the show room vehicles when i would step in front of one. I was so nervous being there alone. They need to get evaluated. More

Everyone was more than professional, attentive and seemed to really care about my needs and what I was looking for. The purchase of my 2015 Jeep Patriot was probably the easiest purchase I have ever made. I never felt pressured and I always felt as though they had my best interest at heart. I received a great value for the price I paid. Rose, Joe and Tom made the buying process very low pressure and easy. The finance depertment was prompt and courteous they explained and the process went very smoothly and I did not have to spend my whole day there. When I brought my Jeep in for service Ursula arranged a loaner vehicle for me so that I was not inconvenienced. The service department has addressed all my needs in a timely manner. I highly recommend DuPage Dodge Chrysler Jeep and have referred several people that have purchased vehicles there. More
