Quickest, No Pressure Car Buying Experience Ever !!! My experience started with online car searching and negotiations. I then visited the show room after some initial negotiations. Was greeted promptly and they had me with my sales rep, Mariely, very quickly. Was offered water / coffee. I went for a test ride while they evaluated my car. I was there less than 2 hours and we had an agreement on price that worked for both parties. Other dealerships I dealt with turn out to be an all day event. The car I wanted was not in stock, however, a few days later I get the call that they have it and ready for pickup. Went to pickup the vehicle. Paperwork was completed and an overview of the vehicle was completed in less than an hour. Mariely was outstanding and listened to what I wanted. The Dealership was busy but everyone was being taken care off. Outstanding customer lounge for when you are waiting for vehicle service. Definitely the best car purchasing experience I ever had. Will definitely do business with them again. Thank you Ciocca, for putting the SERVICE back in Customer Service. More

I had my guaranteed price before I left my house and when we got to the dealership they had the car pulled up front and ready to go for a test drive. Sales and financing folks were very helpful, but it did take about 4 hours to get financing and paper work done. Not sure what time frame is typical? They were honest and honored the incentives they advertise. They have an incredibly diverse amount of inventory. It's worth the drive if you're not local to Allentown- we weren't. I am incredibly happy with the new Subaru we purchased and the folks a Ciocca made our experience easy. I would definitely recommend doing business with this dealership. More

I am from NJ and about 1.5 hours from Ciocca Subaru. Upon arriving at Ciocca on a Saturday morning I had a few issues out the door. Due to other issues out of Ciocca's control (Subaru parts on back order), Ciocca went up and beyond any expectation I had for any dealership. They searched far and wide to accommodate me with the missing parts so I can have my car built to my specs as soon as possible. With travel being involved with my line of work, Ciocca offered to send a flatbed truck with a very nice loaner car to me and kindly flatbed my WRX back to their dealership. At this point, Jim Roach had kept me in the loop with everything being done with my car (much appreciated). I always knew what was happening and when. They fixed everything they had to fix and added anything they needed to add. Jim knew how much I love my cars and kept reassuring me my car is in safe hands. I am extremely happy with the customer support level 11 (on a scale 1-10). Their work is extremely neat and clean, even for show quality, which is what I am doing with my car, showing it. It would be of my highest recommendation to insist anyone and everyone interested in a Subaru or another Ciocca branded dealership to shop with Ciocca. It’s one thing to get a great deal like I did, but it completely another thing to have amazing customer service to completely take care of your car especially for a car enthusiast such as myself. Passing thrugh for a casual quote...but then Got an offer I couldn't refuse. Had earlier left another a dealer with a very satisfactory quote, but had an appointment with Ciocca already set. St Got an offer I couldn't refuse. Had earlier left another a dealer with a very satisfactory quote, but had an appointment with Ciocca already set. Stopped in to meet Greg Ficther. We had an hilarious time and he gave a quote, but it.didn't begin to match the other dealer, I said. Hmmm. Had to talk to the manager. In five minutes, they were both standing before me. Not only did they match the other dealer's price, but offered me a car with $1,500 of additional options. Drove the new car to dinner at the club with my wife. Did I mention that we had a great time at Ciocca. Hey, they don't mention Tom Calianno in the internet office on the list of employees. He made the deal possible! I wouldn't have stopped by if it hadn't been for him. More
