I cannot say enough about the people over at Haggerty Ford Inc. My wife and I have changed cars several times over the past 9 years due to our ever-growing family and needs. Each time they have accommoda Ford Inc. My wife and I have changed cars several times over the past 9 years due to our ever-growing family and needs. Each time they have accommodated us in every way. They allow us to look at every car and every trim level within that car segment. They are always willing to let us test drive several different variations to ensure my wife and I are happy with what each car has to offer. We have also been allowed to take the car to our house to ensure it fits in the garage with our other vehicle. They are extremely friendly as well. Some dealerships make you feel like you are just there for the sale, it’s very cut a dry. Not the people over at Haggerty! “Bugs” who has been our sales representative over the last 3 purchases, goes above and beyond for us. He reaches out every few months to ensure we are still happy with each of our vehicles, he stops us to say high when he sees we are in for service, he remembers our kids’ names even after 2+ years since seeing them the last time we bought something. Most recently, we picked up a 2023 Explorer Timberline. “Bugs”, worked with us to get within our budget, helped make sure the financing was broken down to the “T” so we could see what each option would be over the term of the loan and helped entertain the kids while my wife and I looked things over. Once that sale was complete, the team at Haggerty stayed well past business hours to help us get everything transferred from the old car to the new one, help my wife set up her Ford Pass and was willing to stay to help her set up the car as well. We told them it was okay, and we had it from here but it’s the willingness to stay that makes the difference for me here. The service department staff is the same, they are always willing to listen to me, and let me finish talking even if they already have an idea of where I’m going with my conversation. They remember me every time I drop off my car for an oil change or tire rotation. The team over at Haggerty just get it, they understand that buying a car isn’t easy for everyone and they make it feel like a partnership rather than just another sale. More

The car was exceptionally clean and in good condition. They were a little less flexible on price than I expected, and wouldn't budge even after I walked away, so I think they price pretty close to market and won't be able to give much of a discount. They don't throw in a bunch of unnecessary extras, and they even delivered the car for me. I was surprised to see a $50 BP gift card waiting for me when I took delivery of the vehicle. Overall, a good crew and I'd recommend them. More
