This is the worst dealership you can deal with in my opinion and the owner Dan Fields is a joke. They lied to me about the condition of a car. They are the typical used car salesman. Plenty of other com opinion and the owner Dan Fields is a joke. They lied to me about the condition of a car. They are the typical used car salesman. Plenty of other companies to use. I have seen the many bad reviews and do not be their next victim, be smart and look elsewhere. More

Tim Brandt I have bought many cars over the years and have been a loyal Lexus owner. I was disappointed in the newest design of the Lexus fleet, so felt the nee I have bought many cars over the years and have been a loyal Lexus owner. I was disappointed in the newest design of the Lexus fleet, so felt the need to look around. I had stopped into your dealership a number of years ago and had worked with Tom Brandt. Although, I opted to return to Lexus, Tom had left a favorable impression and I had saved his contact info on my phone. So I looked him up. Tim was very professional. His approach was laid back, no pressure whatsoever and his enthusiasm for BMW was infectious. We took a short test drive in an executive driven 530. I loved the car and came back to buy it a couple of days later. Jori was terrific as well and I was in a hurry. She got me out of there in no time. I came back a week later to learn the ins and outs of the car. I hated to leave Bredemann. I only hope the rest of my experience at your dealership will match my buying experience. More

Online and phone purchase from Spokane, WA. The car was exactly as described online and in my phone conversation with Tom Brandt. When I arrived at the dealership the car was ready to go and I was on the in 10 minutes. The 1800 mile drive home was FANTASTIC...!!! More

Purchase Staff are very patient, considerate and walk you through the whole process. My only comment is they don’t call you for update of your transaction. i.e Staff are very patient, considerate and walk you through the whole process. My only comment is they don’t call you for update of your transaction. i.e. we came on a Wednesday afternoon,, I got a call when I arrive home that they cannot pull out my file, I bought 3 cars from BMW and had use your financing. I don’t know what happened there at your end. I was asked to provide more verification of my identity. I was assured that they will call me the following day with update. Never received any call, I have to call them myself instead. we picked up the car on Sat. Otherwise over all we are satisfied with the service. More
