I’ve been a customer of Tasca/Stasek Chevrolet for many years. The quality of work in the service department is very good. This recent visit was disappointing. No one in service told me ahead of my appoint years. The quality of work in the service department is very good. This recent visit was disappointing. No one in service told me ahead of my appointment that parts for the safety recall item were not in yet. I wanted to have everything done before my road trip this week. Someone dropped the ball by not calling me ahead of time. Tom did apologize, but didn’t offer me even a small discount on the other work done that day. The safety recall was one of the major reasons I came in to Tasca that day. Now I have to come back after my road trip. Good customer service includes offering a discount on the cost of car maintenance, especially when a frequent customer like myself has been inconvenienced. More
