I have been in the Bar/Restaurant, Night Club Industry most of my life. I have been in the Auto/Motorcycle Sales and Product Development as well. I have combined my love for people and Automobiles to create a pleasurable experience for all my guests. Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main attributes. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always available for all my guests and will answer all questions asked. If I don't know the answer I will research it and then answer it. I married late in life and doing so I made a great choice in a my wife as a life long partner! Besides Automobiles, Motorcycles and Restaurants (eating) I collect Watches. Living and enjoying life and staying in good health is very important to me and at 60 I am going to fight every day to stay on top of the game of life!

And Kyle in the finance department was easy going and straightforward as well. No tricks on any numbers. He even beat my Banks interest rate. No pressure to sell me anything extra and nothing added to the deal. What a great experience dealing with Ferman BMW. I highly recommend them to anyone. Even if you have to drive a bit to get to them, it will be worth it. They had just what I was looking for all over the nation online. It was in perfect condition. 2022 BMW 850i x-drive.
