I have to say, I was skeptical. I was dealing with a representative over e-mail and was provided with a lease quote that was one of the better ones I have seen. I initially did not I was dealing with a representative over e-mail and was provided with a lease quote that was one of the better ones I have seen. I initially did not want to make the trip to the dealership because I thought I would be told, that some information was omitted or the actual deal was much higher. Well, to my surprise, I was wrong. I was greeted by Schuyler Miller who set me up with Tom Bastardo to work with. Even though I told Tom I did not need to drive the car (I had already test drove it at another dealer), he insisted I go to look at the model and color I wanted (which I appreciated). It turns out the deal was what I was told over e-mail. The lease negotiation was minimal and the payment was exactly where I wanted to be and I feel they gave me a very competitive deal. I am satisfied with my experience. Tom was very helpful and took time away from other customers when I came back to pick up the car so he could show me how to work the various features. Schuyler was easy to work with as well. More

Walked in to no greeting and had to find someone to help me. Was taken care of to see and test drive the vehicle I wanted and pre scheduled for. Upon returning, I had to again search for someone to return t me. Was taken care of to see and test drive the vehicle I wanted and pre scheduled for. Upon returning, I had to again search for someone to return the keys. Someone offered to assist me on my purchase. Online the car was offered at $17,998. Was told “This is the internet price and you must buy this coverage for $4000 on top of that.” Never found out the true price and left feeling irritated. The website should disclose this information before wasting my time. Also to note the vehicle was under 20,000 miles and still had build warranties available to the purchaser (as explained by the sales manager). Update: Jamie contacted me and we attempted to work out an equitable deal, unfortunately there still appear to be too many obstacles. Jamie was pleasant and I thank him for his time spent. More

Worst service Consultant named with thomas bastardo and Anthony manager are very recless towards customers . They took one hour to show a car and it is different from what we asked to show. Did credit inquiry without seeking our permission. The worst service i ever had with other locations. First day we are in store nearly 3 hrs and then he ask us to come next day when we went he said that car was sold out and showing some other car and we came from a very long distance by keeping hopes on what car we saw. They should not behave with customers in this way..Please i dont recommend this location. More

Bait and Switch I came across what looked like a really good deal for a used Nissan Juke. While researching it, i came across bad dealer reviews saying the price lis I came across what looked like a really good deal for a used Nissan Juke. While researching it, i came across bad dealer reviews saying the price listed included rebates they did not qualify for and that the price went up $2000. In an effort not to waste my time, I corresponded with one of their online sales staff and asked them if the price included any rebates. They said no. I went and test drove the car on Friday and liked the car. I asked the sales guy about the price and he said it was what was advertised. I go back the next day with my daughter to have her test drive it. She falls in love with it. We sit to start talking numbers and sure enough. He came back and said that price includes a $2,000 dealer loyalty rebate. I tell him that is not what is advertised and I would like to see where it says that. The sales manager says I will show you on the computer, but then says the computer is not working. He goes to the back room and comes back ten minutes later with a piece of paper with an add for a Nissan Sentra where it clearly states that the price includes the dealer loyalty rebates. I told the sales manager that that was specific to the vehicle being advertised. He said no it is company policy.. If that were the case they would have standard language saying that, not one from a specific vehicle. I get it, i have read car adds before and they clearly state what is included in the price being advertised. Whether it is legal or not, it is very deceptive. Not to mention, I asked if that were the case prior to going to view the vehicle. These tactics are what give car salesman a bad name. I will say that the sales guy was apologetic, but the sales managers were snakes. More

Owner and management This place is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, they don’t keep their word and always hit you with hidden fees. Outstanding Dealership I was extremely pleased with this dealership. Thomas Bastardo was my salesman. He took a lot of time showing my son and I all of the different vehi I was extremely pleased with this dealership. Thomas Bastardo was my salesman. He took a lot of time showing my son and I all of the different vehicles and explaining all of the features. I bought a certified pre-owned Rogue SL and they had quite an extensive inventory. JIm Cavuoto was the sales manager and he went out of his way to give us the best deal possible for amount I was willing to spend. Even the final paperwork went well with Darren Catalano. Overall - a great experience!! More
